Whiskey-A-Go-Go is our bourbon BBQ sauce, and she’s a bold one. Dark, rich, a little boozy, a little sweet, and built around a backbone of real bourbon. Think deep molasses notes, charred brown sugar, a hit of black pepper, and that unmistakable whiskey warmth on the finish. This is not a sauce that whispers.

This one’s made for the big cuts. Glaze a marbled ribeye in the last minutes on the grill. Paint it on a thick-cut pork chop. Brush it on a juicy chicken breast or a rack of beef ribs. It’s also fantastic on a burger, stirred into baked beans, or used as a steak dipping sauce that will make your guests ask questions.
