REFUND POLICY

JimQuessenberry.com wants you to love your barbecue products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know why (so we can do better) and work with you until you’re happy with your shopping experience. With that in mind, here’s our refund / exchange policy:

We’ll provide an item of equal value to you if the original item was broken, damaged, or lost during shipping.

If you want to return an item, please contact us for authorization to do so and to provide us with feedback. Only unopened bottles can be returned for a refund, and you will be responsible for shipping.
